There are two types of accounts: a free Pepper account and a Full Membership account. If you cancel your Full Membership account you can no longer use your Full Membership, and this can’t be undone.
Login to your NL Pepper account and click on the menu icon in the top right corner.
Under the header ‘Instellingen’ (settings) click on ‘Account’.
At the bottom of the page click on ‘Verwijder mijn account’ (delete my account)

As you can see, you get a discount from Pepper if you choose a longer term contract. It’s a shame to delete your account if you still have a few months left in your contract. Then you’ll be paying for a service you can no longer use.
If you still want to make use of your Full Membership but don’t want Pepper to automatically extend your contract, follow the steps below:
Login to your NL Pepper account and click on the menu icon in the top right corner.
Under the header ‘Instellingen’ (settings) click on ‘Account’.
Under the header ‘Automatisch verlengen’ (automatically extend) check the ’nee’ (no) box. Now your Full Membership will expire at the end of your current contract period, with a maximum of one extra month. You will continue to pay the remaining months of your contract until its end date.
