How can I cancel my BigGym membership?

Do you have a BigGym membership that you would like to cancel because you no longer want to spend hours at the gym? Or do you want to switch to another gym because you just can’t get enough of it? Cancel BigGym yourself in 4 steps

1. Go to the BigGym page in your internet browser
2. Click on “contact” in the upper right corner of the page
3. Choose a topic “kies onderwerp” from the dropdown menu and choose “opzeggen” (cancel)
4. Click on “Toch opzeggen” (cancel anyway) and fill in your details

Now enter your details and state in your message that you want to cancel your membership. Don’t forget to provide your personal details:

• Name and surname (Naam)
• Date of birth (Geboortedatum
• Customer number (Lidnummer)
• Gym you go to (Below Geboortedatum)

Cancelling on location

You can also cancel your membership at the location where you are registered. This obviously requires a little more work than doing so from the comfort of your home. The employees at BigGym can help you cancel your membership.

How much does BigGym cost?

BigGym has various membership options. Don’t be fooled by their “starting prices from € 7,50 a month” campaign. That is the price children pay for unlimited boxing lessons. The actual membership price for adults is much higher. In addition to the monthly prices, you can also add BigGym group lessons to your membership. The graphic below shows the actual monthly prices:
