How to cancel Lexa yourself in three steps
Cancelling by yourself involves a lot of fuss and you’re not guaranteed to be 100% subscription free. Lexa has not made their unsubscription process very straightforward. To help you navigate the website, we’ve come up with a three step guide to unsubscribe from Lexa.
Login to your account on the Lexa website and click the button ‘My Account’.
Under the button ‘Manage my membership’ you’ll find your current subscription and the extension- and expiration date of your membership. To cancel your subscription, click ‘Manage my membership’.
Fill in your email address and go through the last steps.
Deleting your Lexa account in three steps
After cancelling your subscription, it’s time to delete your account from the Lexa website. You can do this in three steps.
Log on to your account on Lexa and click ‘My Account’.
Bottom left on the page in front of you now, you see the link; “Suspend my account’. Click this button.
