Internet Speed Ziggo
The faster the internet, the better, right? At least that’s what Ziggo thinks. Ziggo’s working on the “network of the future”. In 2019, Ziggo will increase the internet speed of almost all their private and business customers. For private customers the speed will be increased to 500 Mbps, for business customers it’ll increase by 600Mbps. That means the internet speed will be increased by 25%.

Ziggo offers three different packages. This way you can combine your internet, telephone and TV preferences in three ways:

How does Ziggo work when you move?
If you’re going to move you have to take a lot into consideration. There won’t magically be internet and TV in your new home. Luckily, Ziggo allows you to change your address so you can take your subscription to your new house. You can inform Ziggo about your move on their moving page. You don’t have to change your Ziggo subscription. Inform Ziggo at least 3 days prior to your moving date and you’ll have access to your subscription at your new address. You can simply take your modem, media box, and cables with you to your new home.
Ziggo cancellation period
For most subscriptions, there is a cancellation period of one month. Sometimes there are specific conditions for special actions, which may extend the notice period. In Ziggo’s general terms and conditions you will find all the information about duration and termination of your subscription.
What is Vodafoneziggo?
You’ve probably heard about the Ziggo Dome and Vodafone probably also rings a bell. But what do these two companies have in common? Vodafoneziggo is the new official company name of the two telecom companies Vodafone and Ziggo. The Dutch telecom company offers internet, TV, and mobile phone service. However, the merger wasn’t paired with a special Vodafone Ziggo offer: the customers must be none the wiser! Ziggo’s customers can still contact the Ziggo customer service and Vodafone’s customers can contact the Vodafone customer service.
