Frequently Asked Questions
Cancel Spotify with Dyme
How much does Spotify cost?
Spotify offers two different subscriptions: paid or unpaid.
- Spotify Premium € 9,99 a month
- Spotify Family € 14,99 a month
Spotify Premium is just for you, while Spotify Family is for more than one person. With Spotify Family five people living at the same address can subscribe to and use Spotify. This means paying € 14,99 instead of paying for 5 separate subscriptions for the total sum of €49,95. If you’re not satisfied you can just cancel your Spotify Family subscription.
3 months of Spotify for € 0,99
Spotify has a new promotion whereby you pay € 0,99 per month, for the first three months. After this period you pay the normal costs of € 9,99 per month. You can cancel your Spotify trial subscription at any moment during these three months. After this period you can still cancel if you aren’t satisfied. You can find an article on how best to do this on our website.
Spotify vs. Deezer
Deezer and Spotify offer about the same service. Which one you like better depends on your taste. Spotify offers more mainstream music, whereas Deezer offers more alternative music. Spotify offers a wide range of playlists and you can easily share your music collection with friends. Deezer has a slightly larger music library than Spotify and allows you to listen to music at the highest quality possible (FLAC). Due to this high quality it does use more data than Spotify. This means you’ll use up your phone data more quickly. In addition, several providers have deals with Spotify or Deezer. For example, if T-mobile is your service provider you can stream Deezer or Spotify data-free. So one is not necessarily better than the other.
