MijnGeldzaken export

Enter the email address of your MijnGeldzaken account below, and you’ll receive your data export in your inbox. You can use this export in applications such as Excel.

What’s in your export?

You’ll receive two files with all your MijnGeldzaken data.

1. transactions.csv: all your transactions

This file uses the same columns as the original MijnGeldzaken export. Values are separated by semicolons, and amounts use a decimal comma.

  • Dates: date, date2 and date_custom, so any dates you changed are kept.
  • Accounts: accountnumber, counter_account_number and account_id. Use account_id to link a transaction to the accounts tab in the Excel file. This also works for cash books and manual accounts.
  • Amount and direction: amount and debit_credit (D = money out, C = money in).
  • Descriptions: description (the original bank description), manual_description (your own description) and name.
  • Categories: category, subcategory and subcategory_id.
  • labels: your own labels for each transaction.
  • enabled: whether a transaction is enabled (E) or disabled (D).
  • Split transactions: splitted (N = not split, S = split) and splittedfromid. Each split part points back to the original transaction, just like in MijnGeldzaken.
2. mijngeldzaken-export.xlsx: your settings and overviews
  • users: your account details.
  • budgets: your budgets by year, month and (sub)category.
  • year_overview: your annual overview by category and subcategory, per month.
  • year_summary: your monthly summary of income, expenses and result, each with budget, actual and difference.
  • accounts: all your accounts, including cash books, credit cards and archived accounts.
  • categories and subcategories: your own category structure.
  • labels: your own labels.
  • filters_users: your own import rules.
  • contracts: your subscriptions and contracts.
  • attachments and receipts: a list of your receipts and uploaded files. We’ll send you the files themselves automatically later.
  • balance_benchmarks: balance reference points for each account.
  • banks and user_extras: your banks and other settings.
  • probudgetgroups, probudgets, budgets_legacy and budgets_legacy_items: advanced and older budget types from MijnGeldzaken, if you used them.
  • static_categories, static_subcategories and static_labels: the default MijnGeldzaken categories and labels, for reference.

A tab is empty if you didn’t use that feature in MijnGeldzaken.
