Fit for Free
Fit for Free (also known online as ‘fit and free’, ‘fit4free’ and ‘f4f’) has been a household name for years. They offer fitness, zumba, yoga and many other types of classes at very low prices, just like Basic Fit. Fit for Free was one of the first companies to offer fitness for people who don’t have a lot to spend on fitness. Whether you’re a beginner or a regular gym visitor, Fit for Free is the place for you. Conveniently, Fit for Free has locations throughout the Netherlands, you can find them in Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Maastricht and Rotterdam amongst others.
Fit for Free memberships
Fit for Free offers three types of memberships: Fit Go, Fit Smart and Shared. Fit Go is their standard membership. For €19,99 a month you can access all of their branches and you’re offered an introduction programme, professional support and unlimited gym time. Fit Smart costs €24,99 a month. You can join unlimited live group lessons, bring a friend at any time and pause your membership. Fit Shared comes at a price of €29.99. It comes with the same benefits as Fit Smart, but you can share your membership with a roommate! Not sure what membership is best for you? On the My Fit for Free portal you can view and change your membership.
By requesting a Fit for Free day pass you can check out one of their clubs in your area. Beware: you used to be able to opt for an off-peak membership, but this has been cancelled by Fit for Free.
Cancel Fit for Free
Fit for Free members have stated on review websites such as trustpilot.com and klantenvertellen.nl that Fit for Free can be hard to reach. Their phone number isn’t always a good option either as there can be long waiting times before you get to speak to anyone.
Want to save yourself the effort of cancelling your membership? Cancel through Dyme. By filling in the above cancellation form we’ll do the work for you and guarantee that your membership has been cancelled.
