Three ways to cancel your Hartstichting membership

Of course it wouldn’t be your first choice, you like donating to charities. In fact, you find it important. But unfortunately money doesn’t grow on trees and sometimes these decisions have to be made. So to help you on your way we’ve outlined three ways to cancel your membership.

Option 1: Cancel your Hartstichting donation via telephone

Their customer service is available Monday through Thursday from 8:30 until 21:00, Friday from 8:30 until 18:00 and Saturday from 10:00 until 16:00. They can be reached on 0800-8212480. Keep in mind that the hold time can be quite long.

Option 2: Cancel your Dutch Hartstichting membership via mail

If you want to avoid the Hartstichting employees trying to convince you to stay, it’s probably better to cancel your membership via mail.
